“I came across this film lighting incubation programme through one of my friends and found it very interesting and unique. In our work culture, women are mostly not considered for taxing jobs like Gaffer and Grip. I personally believe that all these works are just processes; and by proper training and dedication, those who are passionate can definitely do this job. But this kind of training opportunities are very rare for women. So, I hope that this programme could lead me to my destination and help me to grow in the field of cinematography.”
